Advanced Composite Formulation
Our premium PTFE gaskets contain:
- 80% virgin PTFE resin (327°C ±2°C melting point)
- 15% bronze powder (CuSn8 alloy, 50-100μm particles)
- 5% patented wear-resistant additives
- 0.5% Irganox 1010 antioxidant

- Cold Isostatic Pressing: 50MPa pressure forming
- Controlled Sintering:
- Gradual 3°C/min heating to 380°C
- 6-hour stabilization period
- 1.5°C/min precision cooling
- CNC Machining: ±0.025mm tolerance finish
